David Potesta is a leadership speaker, corporate trainer, and executive leadership advisor with over four decades of experience leading high-performing teams and scaling multi-million-dollar businesses. He began his career in the restaurant industry, eventually owning and operating multiple locations while training hundreds of leaders across his organizations.


Alongside his business career, David spent a decade as a corporate trainer and head facilitator for a leadership and human development company, guiding thousands of people to break through barriers and create success that lasts.


Today, David helps high-performing leaders and entrepreneurs shift away from high-pressure leadership models and embrace a more clear and grounded approach to leadership—one that builds trust, strengthens relationships, and creates results that are both sustainable and deeply fulfilling. Known for his warm, dynamic style, he blends real-world experience with modern practices like breathwork to help leaders reset, refocus, and show up with clarity in even the most demanding moments.


When he’s not on stage or advising executives, David enjoys time with his partner Anna, his daughters, and his four grandchildren.
